I have been there for 4 years and I have had very little problems, the staff are great and Friendly just as long as u don't disrespect them they won't disrespect you!! My counselor is Courtney and she is wonderful I love her she is so helpful and has got me through some really tough times in my recovery she has always been there for me even if I don't have an appointment with her she makes time for her clients!! And I'm sure others do the same.. Sally and Kelly will help you with anything you need or having a problem with they are both great people to talk to... like I said before if you treat them with RESPECT they WILL treat you the same. I hope this information helps you make a good decision on where to get treatment, I would recommend rainbow recovery to anyone who is looking for help to get clean and stay clean if your looking for a place to get high and not get the help you need this is not the place, these people are here to help you get clean not to get high and getting high is not tolerated!! I have been clean for a very long time because of them and the hard work I have put in and they help you through every step out of the way!!

The staff are all pretty friendly. Definitely a place I would recommend to a friend or family member. Not what I was expecting at all!

They will not work with you on your insurance they will 5-day you out if your insurance lapse be very careful.

I've been there years ago and went back to the pain clinic after a few months because of the cost.That's the only kicker.If I could get it for free or a discount it would be great.I have a great Counselor Casey and hope everyone that gos there has a good time.I just wish I was poor so I could get it for free like most people.Any suggestion would help.take care.Jim Getz
