I had to go to this hospital’s ER while vacationing on the lake. I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with every single member on staff. Ashely, Courtney, and Julie went above and beyond and got me through one of the biggest phobias of my life, with the patience and grace of saints! I will be forever grateful for their kindness and I wish I had the kind of care back home, as I did here.

I was in emergency, they treated me so well and nurses are so good to patients . I wanted to fill the survey though i dint get it but i want to appreciate Kristin, Michelle and cameron nurses! They are so dedicated to there work !

When my boyfriend was very ill they treated him with respect and dignity. The nurses where great, the good was awesome, and parking was free. I Love UPMC/WCA Hospital. Thank you very much for taking great care of my boyfriend.

WCA not only saved my life after an appendectomy but did it in a very compassionate way. The nursing staff was very pleasant, highly educated, & explained everything up front once they knew exactly what was going on. I found all of the reviews to be very interesting. An emergency room is used for *EMERGENCIES* most of you have not even listed an emergency, hence the reason why you waited? Because you are NOT dying, you are going to live, you do NOT have an emergency. Meanwhile, you are complaining about 2-5 hour wait times without stopping to think the reason why you are waiting is because all the beds are full & they are actually saving people who have life threatening illnesses & are knocking on deaths door. So the next time you want to complain about waiting 3 hours to see a doctor for an ear infection, remember that said ear infection won't kill you, so wait the 3 hours or go to your primary doctor like you should of in the first place and stop wasting the emergency room resources. Secondly, I love the one about being flown for emergency care. you are complaining because your loved one was flown to a better neuro facility to save their life? Last time I checked usually someone would be happy about this... they stated they did not have the resources to take care of this condition, they are honest, they saved time by flying instead of letting your loved one ride an hour or two in the back of an ambulance..... I'm so sorry it was 20,000, that's actually cheaper than most... but the hospital isn't there to pay your bills & they don't make the amounts which are charged.... so next time if you want to complain about pricing maybe you shouldn't bring you dying family member into the ER... or maybe you should just drive them to buffalo and pray they survive in your car.... Emergency rooms are set up to run efficiently, but can only do so when they are not being overrun by the common cold, tooth aches, ear aches, & so on. Furthermore, an emergency room is not a dentist office, they can not pull your teeth, how about going to a dentist, instead of complaining about waiting for 4 hours then the "doctor" not pulling your tooth out... how dumb can you be. Also, I am so sorry they "starved you" but last time I checked they are not a FAST FOOD establishment, they aren't meant to feed you... you clearly aren't having an emergency which requires eating ... just saying.

Had my daughter Dec 2nd. Dr so, two of the nurses (Jen & Jakie), And the two anesthesiologist I seen where extremely amazing, even though I know I was a pain in the ass. The down side of having your children here.. No diaper bag packed with goodies for your little one like they gave back in the day. No picture package offered, and birth announcement in the paper offered (however you can go to your local paper and try to get one). Would have gave more stars if they atlas would have offered something listed above like they used to. Not being greddy. She's my first child and I thought it would have been more like when my sisters had kids.

Went in for appendicitis.Everyone was great and professional.Recovery staff was a good team of people.The whole experience was very pleasant.I can't say enough of what a great dr Ifeoma Igboeli is.Thank you wca and staff

Came in with my eye swollen and large blood pockets bulging from the whites of my eye. I was taken back immediately and Dr came in before I was even in bed. My eye turned out to be normal but Dr discovered I was having a mini stroke. I am so greatful for the staff at the hospital. Everyone was very caring and I felt safe. Thank you everyone!

The reviews for this hospital are by far the funniest thing I have ever read in my life. One lady writing about catching a thief outside the facility (I think? Read "Beba's" review...if you want to read something absolutely word salad...probably has nothing to do with this WCA). I just Googled WCA Hospital Chautauqua because they're putting an addition on and I needed some information. I also particularly enjoy reading reviews where people blame the hospital and doctors on staff for not being able to collect disability. As if ER doctors have any say in anything. They're contracted doctors, working under some sort of insurance and cannot authorize a lifetime of disability because someone got hurt and work and went to the ER one time. Why would anyone blame the ER doctor? It's a hospital in Jamestown, so what the hell do you expect when you go in? One hospital for many miles. Oiy!!!

Top notch, both Doctors and nurses. People complaining about time and other stuff need to reevaluate.ER's are not a doctors office! Maybe be a little appreciative for them being there! Or would you rather them close up the ER? Let me know after you have a heart attack!

Please contact me 716- 338-7199, right across from your warehouse, were I hear every truck, electronics mechanical at all times but Sunday . I witness a thief outside your facility, I have video and pictures of a thief on Sunday morning, I been trying to get to show you'd , that way ya can put more security behind your facility and catch the thief', I hate a dishonest thief, I believe in working hard, and when hard time flow's, hostler hard for your money or ask for help before stealing, I rather give my last when ask then for a thief stealing, smdh. I been trying to get this know to yours as our neighborhood can't be trusted no more😑 is why I gotten thoes two big dogs to alerts me from thief around the area, and it was a Lucky awakening from my dogs, i ignore them, for a moment, but impossible when they feeling something...but then i look out the window to see what was the weather looking & why the dogs was barking much, and got a thief stealing from the back of your facility😣 I also got a video after the pictures. I record him dragging your item in the orange sled (he first left in the side of the garage side walk in side red looking wooden fences close to street , and dude by side dividing the facilities... Then he proceeds to run with the roll of the item I couldn't see right what it really was... to-where he had place the orange sled,,,the big black role was heavy for him to have to Carried it far enough , after like 20 or so foot's, were he had place the orange sled shown in picture. he continues by dragging what ever black wires roll or black big he took and drop & drag it with it. Hopefully someone get this message, I don't often come out my house, especially on this types of weather due to my disability and surgeries,. But I sure got eyes 👍🙆and two Guards dogs that can smell a thief a mile away and do a great job alerting & defending. Well thank you for the time & t taking a moment for reading this concern, do we got to talk about the tree issue,,, but most importantly security . I hope to hear from some WCA property director or owner that can take this metter serious, Have s bless day! thanks again
