Our family have always been treated well by the staff and obtained the appropriate medical care when we have seen the Urgent Care or Health Center doctors.

My first experience came about a month ago. It was going to take three days to be seen by my regular PA. I was a walk-in and treated very well. Everyone was helpful and kind. Dr. Karls was super. He took his time and was very caring. This will be my go to place from here on in. Our area is fortunate to have them.

Although I would never recommend the "urgent care", dentist office, or behavioral health office, I do highly recommend Dr. Haynes. She is amazing, she takes her time and makes sure I understand what shes saying, and she is great with my kids!

So far my experience has been okay to good. Everything has been smooth except for both prior authorizations there's been bumps and takes a week to get your prescriptions filled. Otherwise it's good if your serious about the program.
